    The film has been nominated for several different awards, including two Oscars for costume design and production design. It won Best costume design at the Oscars, the Favourite Year End Blockbuster at the People’s Choice Awards, received runner up for Best Art Direction at the gateway Film Critics’ Association Awards and won Best production Design at the annual BAFTA awards. This is the first movie in the Harry Potter franchise to win an Oscar! After a total of sixteen nominations, Coleen Atwood has finally broken the spell. With the award season coming to an end, Fantastic Beasts has gotten quite a lot of recognition and has been a very successful revival of the Harry Potter films.
